By creating an account or using Wander Languages, you agree to these terms.

Wander Languages is a Dutch language learning app that teaches vocabulary through interactive stories set in Amsterdam's history.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings

Free tier includes Episode 1 and the Palingoproer story.

Premium unlocks all 9 episodes, all Amsterdam Tales, walking routes, and full spaced repetition review.

• Monthly — €9.99/month, cancel anytime
• Annual — €59.99/year, cancel anytime
• Lifetime — €99.99 one-time payment, permanent access
• Payments processed by Stripe
• Prices include applicable VAT
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• Cancel from your Profile page — access continues until end of billing period
• Lifetime refund: within 14 days if fewer than 2 episodes completed
• Refund requests: billing@wanderlanguages.com

All content is owned by Mindspark Digital Labs B.V. You may not redistribute or sell it. Your learning data belongs to you.

Walking routes are suggestions only. Always prioritize your safety. We are not responsible for incidents during walks.

The app is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes resolved in Amsterdam courts.
